QIGONGO
Barefoot Doctor has taken qigong and in a series of ten in depth videos, which include a healing sounds for your organs training and a question and answer session, explains in a clear, easy to follow way how to do each particular qigong move, whether it's taking the tiger down t the shops, punching behind, hip punch curling, the bird foxtrot, or the waterwheel, just some of the moves in qigongo. There are also specialized trainings in qigong - standing qigong, take command of your voice qigong exercises, and what Barefoot Doctor calls way strongo qigongo, to help make you supremely strong in your mind and body.

TAI CHI
Barefoot Doctor takes you through a warm up, all the moves individually, a unique way of easily learning the short form, and the short form itself, explained and shown and repeated many times, so you can get it easily. tai chi helps you feel more chi, stay healthy & supple, enhance your sense of joy & enter the supreme ultimate state. When you practice you go progressively more into the fully enlightened, ‘supreme ultimate’ state. Once the form’s become second nature, you relax deeply as you flow with the moves. Your breath flows smooth as silk and you enter a deeper, broader, higher level of consciousness.

XING YI
Set your intention, project your power, bypass any obstacle. Xing Yi teaches you to project your power towards your goal and bypass any obstacle as if passing right through it – like walking through walls. Barefoot Doctor has two video trainings in xing yi - the five elements, which you need to complete before going onto the twelve animal forms. Again, each move is explained in clear, professionally editied videos that make the moves easy to pick up for yourself. Who will benefit from Barefoot Doctor’s Xing Yi 5 Elements Form? Anyone, unless you have a physical impairment which means you’re unable to stand or move easily. PA KUA
