I started studying and practicing and eventually teaching Neigong over fifty years ago. I was blessed with the privilege of studying with a succession of amazing teachers. But back them teachers were of the old school. They didn't make it easy for you. Nor did they speed up the learning. You had a whole lifetime in which to develop the art so why rush.

But things have changed and are changing rapidly. As if time is running out we need the information now.

That's why I've dedicated my life so far to de-complicating, demystifying, de-cluttering, and de-riddling all the Taoist arts, so that I'm able to present them and convey their magic to busy people who can then learn and acquire them/it, and begin benefitting by them/it, without delay.

This course [Schoolfor Warriors 3] is about direction the chi through breath, visualization and little movements with the hands through the meridian system in a certain way. The same time you are thinking about certain qualities you want to cultivate. This includes creativity, having money, being sexy having confidence endurance and so on nearly everything someone could want is in it. It can be done in 5 Minutes or much longer if you really want to feel into every aspect of this sequence. Which is probably recommendable at the beginning.  I can feel the chi flowing and I think even only doing this would be of great benefit. I can not tell if it really helps to get all of this qualities and if it has side effects because I am still learning the whole sequence and it will take time to see the real effects. If you do not like to do this kind of breath and visualization energy work every day for a longer time period this is not for you.  The quality is quit high but sometimes barefoot doc forgets to tell you if you have to breath in or out and it can become confusing. Furthermore the written labels sometimes seem to be incorrect that is the reason why I do not give 5 stars. But I think this is really a great course and one of my favorites.

I finished the entire training from beginning to end and have now been practicing daily, sometimes morning sometimes afternoon or late evening, mostly early morning but if I run to short of time I make a mental note to make time and do my Qigongo! I have a family I work on the road most the time and it's hard to get everything in but I know how important this practise is and I take it very seriously. I found a huge change in my outlook and have flowed with the Tao to achieve things effortlessly. I don't do it exactly how Stephen did it but as close as possible and still making it 'my own' practise. I feel so good when I get into my center and I have begun to feel new and fresh ideas begin to flow and I am in sync or in the zone, and I feel being in my back body is refreshing I am the watcher and life is a comedy of errors :D
